Cocktail Syrup




Cil’s Caribbean Sorrel Syrup is a tribute to my late grandmother. It has a vibrant, deep-red color, and a refreshing, fruity taste that is perfect for both hot and cold beverages. It’s enhanced by fresh ginger, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. A delicious & distinctive taste that’s the perfect addition to your home cocktail bar.

Sorrel Daiquiri

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 3/4 oz Cil’s Sorrel Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  • Enjoy!

Sorrel Highball

  • 1.5 oz Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz Cil’s Sorrel Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer, to top
  • Add all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Strain shaker contents into a highball glass over fresh ice & top with ginger beer. Garnish with candied ginger.

Sorrel Mojito

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Cil’s Simple Syrup
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Club Soda, to top
  • Add 4 mint leaves, lime juice, and syrup into a shaker tin and gently muddle. Add rum & ice and give a brief shake. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint leaf.
  • Enjoy!

Sorrel Margarita

  • 1 3/4 oz Blanco Tequila
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Cil’s Sorrel Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Agave Syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
  • Enjoy!

Sorrel Soda (non-alcoholic)

  • 1.5 oz Cil’s Sorrel Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Club Soda, to top
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Strain into a highball glass & top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Our Orange Spice Syrup starts with fresh-squeezed oranges and finishes with a delightful mix of baking spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice. It’s the a great way to add a fun kick to your next Old Fashioned or  you can enjoy it mimosa-style with a nice glass of Prosecco.  

Orange Spiced Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/4 oz Orange Spice Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Fig & Orange Bitters
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
  • Enjoy!

Haystack

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Orange Spice Syrup
  • Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
  • Enjoy!

Mezcal Magic

  • 1 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Silver Rum
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Orange Spice Syrup
  • Cinnamon Stick
  • Light one end of your cinnamon stick and place on a surface that you don’t care about damaging. Immediately cover the smokey end with a cocktail glass to trap the smoke. Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients into a shaker tin and shake until well chilled. Grab your smokey coupe glass and fill with ice. Strain shaker contents into your glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
  • Enjoy!

Espresso Tonic (non-alcoholic)

  • 2 oz Espresso
  • 5 oz Tonic Water
  • 1/2 oz Orange Spice Syrup
  • Add all ingredients into a highball glass with ice. Stir with a cocktail spoon. Garnish with an orange wheel.
  • Enjoy!
